I just want to let you know that the sushi event last month for Sandi was fantastic and after a decade of working with you I needed to thank you in a special way. We wanted something really special for our party and our friends are all pretty into sushi. So we looked around for sushi caterers but could not find anyone that we thought would really do something memorable (most of our guests live in Manhattan and really know sushi-- and several were Japanese).

We finally met and felt comfortable with Sushi Nomado--and ended up pleasantly surprised. The quality was great and they did special requests for my Japanese guests!.

Also, we had 90 people planned and 120 showed up--these guys took care of everyone no problem.

Afterwards, the main comment I hear was "best party of the year" and I think the sushi is what blew everyone away. Nobody had ever seen anything like it.

Sushi Nomado is the master! Like any quality sushi establishment, Nomado's raw fish is of the finest quality in town; highlights include the yellowtail; and the buttery-tasting toro (fatty tuna). I was equally impressed by the authentic and beautiful presentation of the many different kinds of mouth-watering sushi. Tony Chan's high standards really make this an unforgettable addition to any party.
